Can you provide catering at my next event?
At your next special event, be it a Wedding, Holiday Party, Corporate Event, or Family Gathering, why not treat your guests to a few trays or baskets of Mother Rucker's Sweets? We can cater your next breakfast, luncheon, business meeting or special event. Trays and baskets are available for catered events. Please call to inquire about delivery to your location or business in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Will Mother Rucker's Sweets develop custom products for special events and promotions?
We offer a variety of products thar are only made available for special order. We have the skill and expertise to create unique and personalized products just for you or your business. We can have custom chocolate molds made with your company logo or design beautiful petit fours with hand-made sugar flowers for your special party.

Do you have corporate gifts?
Mother Rucker's Sweets is famous for our gifts. We are proud to offer our delicious products for you as corporate gifts, for meetings and events, and as employee retention and incentive programs. Corporate gifting is a valued part of maintaining strog customer and employee relations. We offer volume orders at a discount rate for Business or Individuals who wich to send gifts on a large scale to their customers, clients and friends. Can we include our company's promotional material in the gifts we purchase?
We are happy to include any promotional material, customer cards, or other information that you may want to include with your order. We ask that you send us a sample of any material to ensure that it will fit with our packaging, and that the final materials arrive ten (10) business days prior to your scheduled ship date. To ensure that everything is packaged properly, we will not start assembling your order until all production material is received.

Can we use our labels on the gifts we purchase?
Custom labels with your company name and logo can be affexed to your packaging for any corporate order. Our standard label size is 2" x 4". The cost is $0.05 per label (if the customer provides the label). There is no minimum order for this service. Please contact us for information if you need custom labels created.
What about gift cards and messages?
Personalized gift messages printed our our Mother Rucker's Sweets gift cards can be included in each gift for an additional charge. Each gift card is printed on folded 8x4 quality card stock. The outside of the card is printed with our Mother Rucker's Sweets logo, and your message (up to six lines) is printed on the inside of the card. Gift cards are complimentary for online orders.
Does Mother Rucker's Sweets provide private label and customized packaging?
If you are interested in completely customized packaging for your order, Mother Rucker's Sweets can help you develop customized and private label packaging for orders over $5,000. We can help you select the perfect assortment of gourmet cookies, brownies, confections and handmade chocolates. Mak sure to contact us with plenty of advance notice before you want your order completed. In many instances it can take up to 8 weeks to receive all the necessary custom supplies for such an order.
Do you provide volume discounts?

Will you ship a gift directly to a client or customer?
If you are interested in Mother Rucker's Sweets drop shipping gifts to your client list, you will need to provide us with the address list in excel format. It is important that you provide us with an accurate customer list so that we can ensure all your packages are delivered on time. We ship via UPS. UPS will NOT ship to PO Boxes. We currently only ship to the United States or Canada.
What are your Ordering Terms and Conditions?
Mother Rucker's Sweets stands behind its products 100%. We use only the finest ingredients and have no added preservatives in our products. We want our customers and the recipients of Mother Rucker's Sweets to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to resolve the matter. Either by replacing the product, refunding your money, or giving a credit for future purchases (less any taxes, delivery, shipping, and handling charges). The remedy will depend on the circumstances and customer preference, and eash issue will be resolved on a case by case basis. The guarantee does not apply to orders where a customer has provided incorrect or improper address or shipping information.
What is your shipping policy?
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges are determined by weight, location, and the method of shipping selected. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Fort Worth, TX.
Mother Rucker's Sweets ships via UPS. Please note: Orders to APO and FPO addresses must be placed by phone at 817.451.4100. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. IF you have special shipping requirements we will do our best to accommodate you.
Because, UPS does not move packages over the weekends or holidays, it is our standard policy to hold orders that would sit over the weekend and ship them on Monday to ensure the freshest arrival.
How do I keep my products fresh?
Mother Rucker's Sweets uses no added preservatives in our products. For the freshest taste, products should be eaten upon receipt or stored in the freezer for up to 2 months. When storing in the freezer use an air tight container. Allow 20 to 30 minutes for frozen items to thaw before serving.
